Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in good functioning order and condition (no damage or excessive wear and tear) to receive a refund or make an exchange.

45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 45-day return window from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely happy with your putter, we’ll make it right.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The putter must be in good condition
  • No excessive damage or misuse
  • Astral reserves the right to deny returns that show signs of abuse or improper care

Refund Details

Once approved, your refund will include:

  • The original purchase price
  • Any applicable taxes
  • Less the $15 original shipping charge

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Warranty Policy

At Astral Putters Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a first-class customer experience. If you encounter any issues with your putter, even those potentially outside of warranty coverage, please contact us at info@astralputters.com. We’re here to help and will do our best to assist you.


Warranty Coverage

We warrant that our putters will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and customary use for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date made at www.astralputters.com.

This warranty covers only defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover:

  • Paint scratches, rust, tarnishing, or cosmetic blemishes
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from abuse, alteration, defacement, misuse, or neglect by the customer or third parties

Eligibility and Claims

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
  • All warranty claims must be submitted via email to info@astralputters.com before the warranty expires.
  • Please include your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the defect.

Remedies

If your claim is covered, we will, at our discretion:

  1. Replace the defective part(s) with the same or comparable product, or
  2. Refund the original purchase price less reasonable depreciation based on actual use.

Accelerated Replacement Program

We may offer to send a replacement putter before receiving the defective one. This expedited option may require:

  • Providing valid credit card information
  • A pending charge for the replacement value on your card

Once we receive and verify the defective club’s warranty eligibility, we will release the pending charge. If you fail to return the defective club within 45 days of our confirmation email, we will charge your card the full retail price of the replacement.
